Hi!

I'm a registered dietitian and I love food! I want you to enjoy food too, and get rid of any "food guilt" you may be struggling with. I will never scold you or try to make you feel bad about food choices, that's not what I'm here for. I'm here to help you enjoy food again, and regain a healthy relationship with food while still reaching your health and fitness goals. I help my clients achieve their wellness goals while still enjoying the foods they love and life!

I love exercise and want to share this with my clients. I make my own workouts, just as I personalize my clients for their bodies and goals. I do strength focused workouts, and enjoy walking and biking for cardio. I try to get outside and enjoy beautiful Colorado as much as possible with park walks, hiking and standup paddle boarding in the summer. Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies and is one of my favorite ways to unwind and enjoy food. I also love trying new restaurants and cocktail lounges with my husband Derek, and believe this fun part of life can fit into our goals! We also love to travel, and go on 1 big trip each year. Together we've visited Spain, Portugal, Thailand, Mexico and our favorite Italy (pic above). I love dogs and spend lots of time with my dogs. I have a pug named Pinot, Jaws the pitbull mastiff and Leelu the German Sheppard mix.

I attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. I completed my dietetic internship in 2011 from Cox College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Springfield, Missouri. I'm a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, and is a specialist in pre/postnatal performance training through Pronatal Fitness. I've been practicing dietetics for 12 years and personal training 17 years. I started my business in 2015, and am grateful to do what I love everyday!

"I want to help you make yourself a priority. Taking care of YOU will make you a better mom, spouse, friend, and worker. I practice what I preach and make my own self-care a priority because it makes me a better dietitian and personal trainer." Elise
