"I want to help you make yourself a priority. Taking care of YOU will make you a better mom, spouse, friend, and employee. I practice what I preach and make my own self-care a priority because it makes me a better dietitian and personal trainer." Elise
I'm a non-diet dietitian and I love food! I want you to enjoy food too, and get rid of any "food guilt" you may be struggling with. I will never scold you or try to make you feel bad about food choices, that's not what I'm here for. I'm here to help you enjoy food again, and regain a healthy relationship with food while still reaching your health and fitness goals.
I love exercise and want to share this with my clients. I make my own workouts, just as I personalize my clients for their bodies and goals. I enjoy doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts, and weight lifting. I try to get outside and enjoy beautiful Colorado as much as possible with hiking and standup paddle boarding in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies, and is one of my favorite ways to unwind and enjoy food. I love dogs and spend lots of time with my dogs.
