Initial Nutrition Session:
Elise will arrive at your home or desired location at the time of your session. Each nutrition initial session is 60 minutes long. Elise will perform a complete nutrition assessment for about 20-30 minutes. This includes reviewing your health history, nutrition and exercise habit, as well as what you'd like to get from the session. Elise will perform biometric measurements including, body composition analysis and measurements.
The second half of the session is personalized, and will include personalized guidance to help identify sustainable changes that can help you reach your goals.
Follow-up Nutrition Session:
Most health and weight management goals are long-term, and take multiple sessions working to achieve them in a healthy and sustainable way. During the 30-45 minute follow-up, Elise will assess your progress and help you develop strategies to overcome any challenges you may face, as well as creating any new goals that are needed.
Personal Training Session:
Before your first session Elise will conduct a short interview via telephone or email. This ensures she can make the best personalized workout for you and your specific goals, that is both safe and effective. She customizes every single one of her client's workouts based on your goals.
Each workout is 60 minutes long, and includes a ~5minute warm-up in the beginning and a ~5 minutes stretch and cool-down at the end of the session. The actual workout varies based on your goals and will usually include strength training and/or HIIT based cardio.
