A full body strength training circuit consisting of 4 circuits (3 exercises each circuit). Includes links to my workout library videos that have detailed instructions and show proper form. This plan includes suggested starting weight and number of repetitions and sets for each move. This workout is a great beginner and intermediate workout, but can be used for advanced exercisers by increasing weight used and/or adding a 4th set.
